Jacks of Leather offers the best and most seamless return and exchange policy to ensure our customers shop with ease and confidence.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange non-sale items within 5 days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind the timeframe within which you will be eligible to return. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless the item was damaged upon receipt). Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned product.
- Refunds: If you are returning an item for a refund, we will refund the cost of the item only, not the original delivery cost. Refunds are not available for sale items. We offer exchanges on sale items.
- Custom Orders: We do not accept returns or refunds for custom orders, as these are specially made for you based on your chosen style, material, and accessories.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for non-sale items, up to the same amount. If there is a difference in price, it will be issued as store credit. We will exchange sale items, but only for items of equal value.
Size Issues
We highly recommend using our sizing chart before ordering any products. If you find the size to be inaccurate (e.g., it runs small or large), don’t hesitate to contact us at info@jacksofleather.com. Our team will be happy to assist you with sizing concerns.
Color
Please note that the color of the actual product may slightly differ due to variations in screen resolution.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation requests can only be made before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
To return or exchange an item, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in their original condition with all packaging and tags attached.
- The item must be returned within 5 days of receiving it.
- The item must not have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer (unless it was damaged upon receipt).
- If the item is defective or damaged during transit, we require images of the item with the original tags intact.
- If the item received is different from what was ordered, we require images of the product along with the original tags.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. Please confirm that we have the item you are looking for before initiating an exchange.
Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Refund Process
To process a return, please email us at marketing@jacksofleather.com within 5 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Any details about the item that may help us understand any potential defect.
Once we receive the returned product at our Fulfillment Center, we will begin the inspection process. Within 48 hours, we will start the reimbursement process. Please note that reimbursements can take 4–7 working days to reflect in your original payment method.
Important: No refund will be issued if the product is missing its original tags, packaging, or has been used too many times by the customer. If we find that the item violates our return/exchange policy, your request will not be processed.
